Job description
Imagine creating real meat (not vegetarian/fake/plant-based), without killing animals. Imagine that this meat is also healthier and more sustainable. We make this possible by growing animal meat cells (letting them multiply naturally), and structuring them into various meat products such as steaks, burgers, etc. We call this Cultivated-Meat, and it emits up to 96% less carbon while reducing health risks (e.g., heart disease, diabetes).
This is vastly different from plant-based vegetarian meats, as Cultivated-Meat has the same taste, nutrients, and composition as regular meats. It is identical in every way, minus the harmful components that we remove.
Our vision is to utilize cutting-edge tissue engineering techniques to improve the affordability and texture of Wagyu Meat. Nutrir has currently achieved cost reductions of 100x. On top of this, our “Myofibre Fabricating Platform” can recapitulate the exact structure of traditional meat products, thus replicating texture.
